Kinetic Software and Sodexo’s Campus Conferencing entered into a preferred vendor agreement last week, making Kinetic Software the exclusive software provider for Sodexo’s Campus Conferencing.
“It is a market we know well,” explained Laura Lafferty, Director of North American Operations for Kinetic Software. “Our system was designed specifically to meet the challenges faced by conference departments on college campuses”
With 90% of its client base made up of higher education campuses, Kinetic Software’s KxConferencing product suite is already on colleges and universities of all sizes across North America, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Started in March 2012, Sodexo’s Campus Conferencing works as an extension of the onsite conference team to partner to bring a wealth of expertise in the meetings industry and help promote campuses as a destination of choice for meetings, events and conferences.
The new exclusive vendor agreement with Kinetic Software provides Sodexo with a single software system to implement across their multiple conferencing campuses as their program continues to grow across the US and Canada.
“We are thrilled to have partnered with Kinetic Software (Kx) as our preferred conference management system. Kx will allow our on-campus conference teams the ability to provide their conference guests a 'One Stop Shop' experience all-the-while working to centralize systems, eliminate duplication of services and streamline communication efforts campus-wide,” said Norma J Charette, National Brand Manager with Sodexo's Campus Conferencing.
“We are excited to be an integral part of Sodexo’s Campus Conferencing initiative,” said Lafferty. “By combining our extensive industry knowledge and expertise, we are able to deliver a comprehensive solution that will drive excellence in conference management.”
